Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have up to 7 days before the event you have purchased the tickets for, to request a refund or transfer. 

To be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer, you must contact us a minimum of 7 days before the event the ticket has been purchased for. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, booking number and any further information we may require regarding your booking if requested.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how we will process your refund or further information regarding your ticket transfer.

Non-refundable tickets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds after the 7 day period leading up to the commencement of the event the tickets have been purchased for.

 

Ticket Exchanges/Transfer
Tickets requested for exchange or transfer must be of the same value as the previously purchased tickets. we cannot accept requests after the 7 day period leading up to the commencement of the event the tickets have been purchased for.


Refunds
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@boatpartylondon.com.

We do not accept refund requests or issue requests/ticket transfers to any and all customers who do not arrive at the departure location/pier at the departure time required for their event (explained on the event page where tickets can be purchased). All guests are required to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before their event to avoid this situation.

 

Cancellations

At all times we have the right to cancel any or all events. In the circumstance that this happens we hold the right to offer refunds and ticket transfers and will contact all customers regarding these options.
