Simply find the boat party you are interested in (with the correct date), then add your desired quantity of tickets and select add to cart. Upon completing the check out please ensure that you use the correct name for the ticket holder as this name will be referenced alongside your order number and matched to your identification on the day of the event.
Do you offer group packages for birthday or hen groups?
Yes, reach out to us with your request on the contact us page and the team will get back to you with our group package deal.
Do I need to print my tickets or can I show it on my phone?
Upon arriving to the pier we will require a copy of your order confirmation email with order number on it, this can be presented either on your phone digitally or as a physical print.

Yes, we do offer refunds or ticket transfers up to 7 days before the event. Simply contact us a minimum of 7 days before the event and we will help you with this process.
Do tickets sell out quickly?
Yes, tickets usually sell out quickly for our events. We advise customers to purchase their tickets at least 6 weeks in advance to avoid missing out. However we can not guarantee tickets will still be available at this point.
Boarding & Departure
Where do the boats depart from on the River Thames?
Temple Pier, Victoria Embankment, London, WC2R 2PN.
What time should I arrive for boarding?
The departure details including time of departure will be available on the event page for your chosen party cruise ,simply head over to that page and look at the 'event details' section. All guests are however required to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before every event begins, ready for ticket inspection.
What happens if I miss the boat?
All guests who arrive late will unfortunately be left behind as the boat will only be able to stay on the pier for a short duration of time. Please arrive 30 mins before the event as instructed (dont miss the boat!!).
Is there parking nearby or should I use public transport?
There are paid car parks around the River Thames however we do not advise this option as it is very unpredictable.
The closest train station is Temple Station which is a 1 minute walk to Temple Pier where your boat will depart. We highly recommend taking advantage of this public transport route as its extremely accessible.
TFL lines which connect to Temple Pier are as follows - Circle & District Line.
